We will be happy to help!
When you make your booking we will ask you to pay a £50 deposit to secure your hot tub. This can be done by bank transfer or cash.
The balance must be paid by the day of the booking.
We will deliver your hot tub on the day before you want to use as it will take between 12-24 hours to heat up to 40C. We will agree a time slot with you in advance.
We will set it up on a mat, fill and ensure chemical balance is correct. We will also erect your gazebo if booked.
We will explain to you how to clean the filter and keep the water sparkling. You will be given written instructions to refer to.
We will agree a time for collection too and we will drain the hot tub and take down the gazebo.
